Honduran Marcala Royal Reserva Natural
This microlot is sourced from La Paz, Honduras. The natural process brings out a vibrant fruit flavor with a wine like acidity. The cup is bright with notes of apple and orange, and is balanced with a honey and milk chocolate like sweetness. We roast this coffee on the lighter side to highlight the coffee’s fruit-like character which shines as a pour-over, while also translating beautifully to drip coffee.
