On the Ground
At Vantage Coffee Roasters, we source coffees from all main growing regions including Central and South America, Africa, and Indonesia. Each specialty arabica coffee we roast and serve has its own unique story and character. Coffees derive attributes from their complete natural environment (terroir) and are influenced by factors such as growing region, microclimate, soil content, variety, and processing method. We consider these unique characteristics and, respecting what they have to offer, roast them in such a way that will highlight the inherent qualities found within.

Sourcing
We have a long relationship with a specialty importer where we have sourced our coffee offerings over the years. They have developed their own relationships with farmers and co-ops that produce and process some of the world’s best coffee. This value chain model provides stability, and more importantly sustainability, to a volatile market that has a large impact on the livelihood of individual producers. They have helped us navigate our sourcing to provide the same great coffee offerings year after year.
Sourced Around the World
HONDURAS
We are also developing direct trade relationships with producers in Honduras. Working with Honduran Coffee Alliance, we have been able to connect with individual producers who take great pride in their craft. This value chain model has helped us put a name with a face and adds much needed depth to an industry where we as consumers are too far removed from the hard work necessary to provide our daily coffee experience. As roasters, our main purpose is to present these coffees in a way that celebrates the dedication of the producer and to provide you with a great coffee experience. We are grateful to be a part of this relationship and look forward to providing more of these opportunities in the future.
