Honduran Finca La Bonita Giselle Solórzano
This direct trade washed microlot comes from Finca La Bonita in El Paraiso, Honduras, produced by 26 year-old Giselle Solórzano, a third-generation farmer. The crop represents Giselle's first solo year producing specialty coffee. On her estate, she cultivates both the Geisha variety as well as the Parainema variety seen in this cup. This coffee offers a fruit-like sweetness with some savory notes alongside cooked grape and orange with a bright tangy acidity. Try this as a pour-over or enjoy it as a drip coffee as well!
