Burundi Rubagabaga Kayanza
From Burundi’s Kayanza region, this microlot comes from the Rubagabaga washing station. The cup contains layered notes of cooked berries, dark chocolate and raisin, complemented by a fruit-like sweetness and a bright juicy acidity. While balancing sweetness, vibrancy and depth, this coffee brews well in many ways such as a pour-over or drip coffee. It also makes an excellent bright, fruit-forward espresso!
